Policies

Cancellation Policy

Group Fitness classes and all Reformer classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy. In order to avoid losing a class credit, class must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. Monthly Memberships: Any and all late cancellations will be charged a $20 fee. Cancellations outside this window will not incur a penalty.

All Private Personal Training and Private and/or Duet Pilates Sessions: Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start time of session will be charged the cost of the session.

We understand that unexpected and extraordinary events occur. For that reason, Live Fit Now will wave one late cancellation per calendar year. Live Fit Now is unable to make additional exceptions to these policies for any reason. If there is a chance you cannot make your session or class, please cancel.


Inclement Weather

If Inclement weather occurs, and clients know they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment or class, we ask that they let us know as soon as possible. No shows will be charged unless the business has closed.


Expiration Dates

We want to encourage clients to attend regularly so that the benefits of the work are not wasted. For this reason, please plan accordingly and only purchase packages you are able to use within the expiration period.

Class Sessions:
5 Class Packages ~ 1 month
10 Class Packages ~ 3 months

Private Sessions:
​5 Session Package ~ 2 months
10 Session Package ~ 3 months

Payment

A credit card on file is required in order to book a service. Otherwise, payment is required at the time the appointment is made.

Our classes, pricing, and schedules may change from time to time. When booking a class or service, you are responsible for reviewing and following the cancellation and rescheduling policies that apply. Payment for services is required at the time of booking or registration, unless otherwise stated.

Participation in fitness activities carries certain risks. By attending classes, training sessions, or events at Live Fit Now, you confirm that you are physically able to participate safely. If you have any health concerns, you should consult with a physician before joining. While our instructors provide guidance and support, we do not provide medical advice, and you participate in all activities at your own risk.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Live Fit Now LLC, along with its owners, staff, and affiliates, cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that occur through the use of this Site or while participating in our programs and services.

This Site is provided “as is.” We cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. From time to time, information on the Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, and we reserve the right to correct or update content at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes or claims related to these Terms shall be handled in the courts of Spartanburg County, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Liability Release

In checking the box below I agree to abide by the rules of Live Fit Now LLC and its management, staff, and principals (collectively, the “LFN”) as amended from time to time, including the completion of a pre-activity screening questionnaire and/or health/medical information questionnaire prior to participation in any physical activities at LFN’s facility(s) (the “Gym”). I acknowledge that undertaking the activities offered by LFN is inherently dangerous and I agree that all use of LFN’s facilities, programs, and services shall be undertaken at my sole risk and that LFN shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or death occurring to me, including those resulting from LFN’s negligence, arising either directly or indirectly out of my participation in, or use of, the gym’s facilities, programs, and services. I, for myself and on behalf of my executors, administrators, heirs, and assigns, do hereby expressly release, discharge, waive, relinquish, and covenant not to sue LFN, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, or employees for all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, or causes of action, including those resulting from LFN’s negligence, arising either directly or indirectly out of my participation in, or use of or presence at, LFN’s facilities, programs, and services.

I declare that I have completed the LFN’s pre-activity screening questionnaire and/or health/medical information questionnaire and that my responses thereto are accurate and that I have consulted a physician regarding any question about which I was previously uncertain. By answering as I have on the screening questionnaire and/or health/medical information questionnaire, I have affirmatively stated to LFN that I am physically able to participate in strenuous physical activity. Furthermore, I acknowledge that LFN has advised me to obtain a physician’s clearance in the event the answers on either the pre-activity screening questionnaire and/or health/medical information questionnaire indicate that I should not participate in a program of strenuous physical activity without a physician’s clearance. I further acknowledge that LFN has no independent duty to evaluate my health and ability to participate in strenuous physical activities and that by completing the aforementioned questionnaire(s) I am making an independent health evaluation upon which LFN can rely.

This Waiver and Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. I agree that in the event any provision of this Waiver and Release is held to be unenforceable, then the balance of this Waiver and Release shall survive. I recognize that this Waiver and Release means I am giving up, among other things, the right to sue LFN for claims, injuries, damages and losses I may incur as a result of or related to my participation in activities offered by LFN and presence at the Gym. I also understand that this Waiver and Release binds my heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and assigns, as well as me.
